Chase For A Cause – Charity Split
I’d like to share some information about a Charity Splits program that Pay The Fan is presenting. It’s called Chase For A Cause. Here is an opportunity to help out some worthy causes, and possibly pocket yourself some cash as well. I know I’m going to participate and support these foundations.
‘The Chase for the Cause is an opportunity to win a great CASH prize while supporting amazing charitable projects whose missions are close to these racing heroes. The Greg Biffle Foundation, The Tony Stewart Foundation, The Hermie and Elliott Sadler Foundation, and The Dale Jarrett Foundation have teamed up with Charity Splits and Pay the Fan for a unique split the pot raffle.
Tickets are $10.00 each and you choose which of the four charities benefits or you can choose to split your donation evenly. The winning ticket will be drawn on November 16, 2008 and ONE lucky fan will receive 42% of the pot. Please visit www.chaseforthecause.com for more information.’
ONE’ lucky fan will have a great holiday and FOUR great charities benefit.
OBW League on Pay The Fan
Over the last few weeks the leader board has seen quite a change in our One Bad Wheel league over on the Pay The Fan Fantasy game. About a month ago we shared the fact that 32 Players going for $500 in our Pay The Fan League. Teams that were in the lead back then have since fallen off the pace. Teams we thought would be in or near the lead are still back out of the top 5. Have they waited too long to make their move in only a 10 race sprint, or is this really any ones game?
Those 32 players in our league own a total of 66 teams. Team owner “SANDMEDIC” has 12 teams and I thought for sure by this stage in the game that at least a couple of SANDMEDIC’s teams would be within easy striking distance of the lead. Yet that owner’s highest ranking team is currently ranked 34th with a 292.2 point deficit.
What about Pay The Fan’s very first NASCAR fantasy big money (that’s $150,000 worth of “big money”) winner , “kborgne”? Well, “kborgne” sits only 128.2 points out of first place holding down the 8th place spot. Certainly within striking distance, but no doubt would like to be closer to the leader.
There are still four races to go in the season and the top ten positions are filled by ten different team owners! Here are the top 3:
- Big Daddy Racing 2 = 1,705.0 points
- Shaggy’s last chance = 1,685.8 points
- JSN Racing = 1,654.0 points
GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!
